This deep dive session catered to AMEX employees will look at which 12c R1 & R2 new tuning features should be investigated for use.  Most of the features that will be covered will be related to the DBA & Developer and 12c R1 & R2, but there will also many outside that realm (such as a list of 18c features at the end of part 1) and a short focus on the cloud pluses and minuses.  There will be simple examples (such as a quick example using pluggable databases) to show the basic functionality of the new features:
